• In-House Diagnostic Testing: Flu, COVID-19, Strep Throat, and RSV rapid testing.

• Clinical Procedures: EKG testing, nebulizer breathing treatments, and wart & skin tag removal.

• Therapeutics & Injections: Allergy steroid shots and Vitamin B12 injections.

• Specialized Care: Hormone Replacement Therapy (including Testosterone therapy).

• Note: Any other highly specialized, non-routine testing not explicitly covered in the standard membership may also incur additional, heavily discounted fees.

Specialist Coordination & Imaging Services

To keep this program highly affordable, the monthly membership fee does not directly cover outside specialist care or advanced imaging studies (such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, etc.).

However, you are never left to navigate the healthcare system alone.

We maintain an excellent, trusted network of local specialists and imaging centers. Our team will seamlessly coordinate your outside referrals and advanced imaging orders, guiding you directly to the best facilities and ensuring your results flow right back to us for a seamless continuity of care.

Note on Weight Management & Prescriptions

For members utilizing our weight loss support services, we regularly prescribe and manage advanced medical weight loss therapies, including popular GLP-1 options (such as Wegovy, Ozempic shots or pills, Zepbound, and others) under direct provider supervision.

Please note that your monthly membership fee covers your clinical visits and supervision, but excludes the physical cost of the medicine itself. However, our team works closely with patients to utilize manufacturer coupons, savings cards, and heavily discounted pricing strategies to help you get your medications at the lowest possible cost.

Misty Young brings nearly two decades of medical experience and is known for her compassionate, approachable, and attentive style. Together, Dr. Al Darawsha and Misty work closely as a team to provide supportive, relationship-focused care.

Membership Details At-A-Glance

• $99 per month month-to-month subscription.

• Unlimited routine primary care visits included with no copays.

• Valid credit card or ACH on file required for automated monthly billing.

• Cancellation requires at least 31 days' notice.

• HSA/FSA Eligible: Many patients successfully use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for their monthly membership fees using pre-tax dollars. We recommend confirming eligibility with your specific HSA/FSA administrator or tax advisor.

• Please note: This membership is a direct care agreement and is not health insurance.
