1. Payment is due at the time of service. Debit/credit, and cash accepted.

4. Patients on regular prescription medications must be seen every 3–6 months.

   This helps Dr. Mo monitor labs, adjust doses safely, and keep treatment plans up to date.

5. For safety reasons, antibiotics, steroids, or new medications can’t be prescribed over the phone.

   An in-person or video visit ensures accurate diagnosis and safe treatment.

6. Virtual (video) visits are available for established patients for added convenience and better access to care.

7. Same-day appointments are often available—always with Dr. Al Darawsha (“Dr. Mo”).

8. Missed or late-cancelled appointments (< 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee.

   Because our schedule stays full, a missed slot means another member of our community loses a chance to be seen. Thank you for helping us care for everyone.

Certain conditions may require evaluation for medications regulated under state or federal law. Examples include certain ADHD, sleep, anxiety and pain medications as well as Testosterone.
At Wellness Bay Primary Care, all such prescriptions are handled with the highest level of clinical caution and compliance.
Each case is reviewed individually by Dr. Al Darawsha and follows Texas Medical Board and DEA guidelines.
Patients prescribed these medications may be asked to sign a controlled-substance agreement and attend regular monitoring visits to ensure safe, responsible use.
